No, not directly. Patients are "private pay" - which means you pay for services up front, at the time of service. We provide monthly invoice statements that you can use to submit to your health insurance or health savings account for reimbursement.
NOTE: Insurance companies vary widely in their reimbursement rates for mental health services.
The Initial Consultation Fee is $575. This includes an Intake Interview, Pre-Intake Assessment Questionnaires, Post-Intake Rating Scale Questionnaires, Consultation with teachers, pediatricians, etc., as needed, and a Feedback Session with Diagnostic Summary and Treatment Recommendations.
The standard Therapy Fee is $150. These 45-minute appointments involve child, parent, and/or family sessions. A typical course of treatment is around 10 sessions, costing approximately $1500.
Individual needs may vary. We will determine your specific needs, together, as we proceed.
Clinic Office Hours are 2:00 - 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. This applies to both In-Person and Telehealth appointments.
Expect to schedule some appointments during your child's school day and your work day. (Yes, doctor's excuses for school are available.) We'll work with you in extenuating circumstances to try to schedule additional appointment times, when needed.
NOTE: I am not typically available for immediate crisis interventions. I will, of course, get back to you for urgent needs asap. And we'll always have a Crisis Plan in place. Rest assured, we'll work together to make sure your family's needs are met along the way.
