Your Tween or Teen will learn the basic mindfulness practices that develop present-moment awareness of the senses, body, breath, mind, & heart.

This 6-week course focuses exclusively on the fundamental mindfulness skills your child needs to begin improving attention, emotion regulation, and behavior choices. Mindfulness is the gateway skill to emotional intelligence and resilience. It provides the foundation for all other coping, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Tweens (ages 8-12) and Teens (ages 13-18) can benefit tremendously from this program – focusing on the foundations of self-awareness and self-regulation.

But this course isn’t just for kids.  Let’s consider why…

How do kids develop self-regulation in the first place?

They do so through attuned relationships with self-regulating adults.

So, if you’re a parent, teacher, counselor, or other child-serving professional, you are strongly encouraged to participate in our same program for caring adults!  You, and the children you live or work with, will be doubly blessed by your commitment to personal peace and well-being.

Bottom line – in this course, you’ll all learn a series of mindfulness practices that you can begin right away and find useful for the rest of your life.
